Coffee machine rental for business
The DrinkX self-service production station by subscription: no equipment investment upfront, installation and service included. For coffee shops, chains and gas stations — where coffee has to generate revenue.
This is a station for locations where coffee is a revenue line: gas stations, business centres, chains. If you need a machine for 10–20 cups a day in an office, a regular rental at ₽6,000–10,000 a month will do — that's a different class of equipment.
How many cups cover the rent
Rent from ₽280,000 a month is about ₽9,300 a day. That's what the coffee margin has to bring in to cover the station.

Margin is the cup price minus a cost of ₽30–50: beans, milk, cup, card fees. This covers the station rent only: site rent, taxes and trade levy come on top. Gas-station prices — NTech price monitoring, Q1 2026; business centre — a market benchmark. For a grocery chain we calculate a station purchase — the economics differ.
Run it on your numbers →The subscription covers everything but your sales
DrinkX rental is not a “bare machine”. The monthly rate includes everything a location needs to brew and earn.

“Free rental for coffee” — why this is different
The market is full of “machine for ₽0 if you buy our coffee” offers. It works for low traffic, but it has its own price.
Free rental for coffee
- Equipment “for ₽0”, but a mandatory coffee volume at the supplier’s price
- Machine class built for low traffic
- Service on the coffee supplier’s schedule
- The economics are hidden in the price of beans
DrinkX subscription
- A transparent rate from ₽280,000/mo — no forced ingredients
- A production station: up to 100 drinks per hour, espresso
- Service and telemetry included in the subscription
- Transparent unit economics: we size the payback before launch
If a location has low traffic and coffee is just a courtesy, the “for coffee” model may fit. DrinkX is for locations where coffee has to be a revenue line.
Which format works for you
Both formats are the same station. The difference is the economics over time.
from ₽280,000/mo
- No equipment investment upfront
- Installation, service and telemetry included
- Handy for testing a location or a seasonal project
quote on request
- Better over the long run
- Optimal for a network of several stations
- CAPEX by configuration and volume
Mixed schemes are possible too — e.g. starting on rent with a later transition to purchase. We’ll cost the options for your scenario and traffic.
What exactly you are renting

Frequently asked questions
How much does DrinkX coffee machine rental cost?
From ₽280,000 per month. The rate includes the station, installation, service and telemetry. The final price depends on the set-up and the number of locations — we’ll send a calculation for your case.
What is included in the rental?
A DrinkX station in the right configuration, mounting and launch on site, equipment maintenance and remote telemetry. Ingredients and additional terms are discussed during the calculation.
How is DrinkX rental different from “free rental for coffee”?
In the “₽0” model the equipment is free, but you commit to buying coffee from the supplier, the economics are hidden in the price of beans, and the machine class targets low traffic. DrinkX is a production station with a transparent subscription: no forced ingredients, service included.
Can you buy out the station after renting?
Different schemes are possible — rent, purchase, and a transition from rent to purchase. We pick the format during the calculation, for your scenario and planning horizon.
Who should rent and who should buy?
Rent — to launch a location without equipment investment, to test a spot or a seasonal project. Purchase is better over the long run and for a network of several stations. We’ll cost both.
Do you need a barista on site?
No. The station runs in self-service mode: a drink takes about 30 seconds, staff only refill ingredients.
We’ll size the rent for your location
