Is extract instant coffee?
No. Extract is a high-quality concentrated espresso. The X-EXTRACT module activates it with two-stage aeration to the right temperature. The result is quality black coffee.
How does the system run autonomously?
The DrinkX S-series is a fully autonomous station: the customer chooses a drink on the screen and pays by card. Automatic rinsing runs on a schedule, and DrinkX Cloud flags the need to replenish supplies ahead of time.
How are highway locations serviced?
No puck, no grind control, no group cleaning. Staff refill coffee and milk — DrinkX Cloud shows when it’s due. The instructions cover every step, and no special training is required.
How is the menu updated across the whole network?
Through DrinkX Cloud. A new recipe syncs to every location without an engineer’s visit and without staff briefings at each station.
