Frequently asked questions
Is extract instant coffee?
No. Extract is a high-quality concentrated espresso. The X-EXTRACT module activates it with two-stage aeration to the right temperature. The result is quality black coffee, milk drinks, signature items and teas.
Can signature drinks be added on the DrinkX system?
Yes. Recipes are created and stored in DrinkX Cloud, with dosing accuracy down to ±1 ml per ingredient. A signature or seasonal drink runs identically at every point of sale in the network.
How is it serviced?
With DrinkX there is no puck, no grind control and no group cleaning. Automatic rinsing runs on a schedule. Staff refill coffee and milk — everything else is covered by detailed DrinkX instructions.
Is it suitable for a specialty coffee shop?
DrinkX doesn’t replace the barista in a specialty coffee shop — it supports them: it delivers perfectly textured foam or a consistent coffee base and frees the barista for the work where their craft truly matters.
